Test the label on your own containers first
A label that sits flat on a sheet can lift on a curved tube or a matte pouch. Before your first order, we print a free test strip. Stick it on your actual tubes, jars or pouches and see how it holds.

Layouts with room for what New York requires
- Space for the universal symbol at 1.25" or larger, on the outermost layer.
- Required text set at 6 pt or larger, as printed, in an approved warning font.
- A QR code or barcode slot that links to your certificate of analysis.
- On shelf and loyalty cards: the yellow warning box, HOPEline, and licensee name and license number.

- 1/16" bleed on every side, with text inside a 1/16" safe margin.
- Stock sizes: 1.5" × 3.5" or 2" × 3" pre-roll wraps, 1.25" lid circles, 3" × 5" panels, 4" × 1" seals, 3.5" × 5" cards.

FAQ
Questions shops ask first
Is there a minimum?
No minimum run size: print exactly the quantity each lot needs, from a short test run to thousands of labels. The minimum order value is $75.
How fast is it?
Most jobs are ready the next business day after you approve the proof. Same-day rush is +25% when capacity allows.
Who is responsible for what's on the label?
You are. You supply and approve all content, including warnings, potency, lot numbers and license details. We print exactly what you sign off on and don't review content for compliance.
Do you print tamper-evident seals?
Yes. Seals are printed on VOID security film on a laser printer, so they leave a VOID pattern when peeled. A seal must not cover required label text.
Do you supply the containers?
Labels and panels are the core service. We can apply panels to pouches you supply, or source stock pouches for a bundle price.
How do I pay?
By invoice, paid by ACH or check. New clients pay 50% when they approve the proof and the balance on delivery. Established accounts are net 15. NY sales tax applies unless you give us a resale certificate.
Where do you deliver?
Nassau, Suffolk and all five boroughs, on a weekly route day. Delivery is free on orders over $150 on your route day, otherwise $25. Pickup in Nassau County is always free.
What about COA pages and tote labels?
We print certificate-of-analysis pages and 4" × 6" tote and bin labels on request. Send the page count or label count for a quote.
